Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ARPTIR handles personal information when you visit the website, request a review, register for a trial, use the private portal or communicate with us. ARPTIR is the service name used for these activities. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@arptir.ai.
Information we process
- Identity, contact, company and role information you provide.
- Authentication, account, workspace and access-control records.
- Documents and business information you deliberately upload to the private portal.
- Technical, security, device and service-usage events needed to operate and protect the service.
- Messages, review requests and feedback you submit.
Why we use it
We use information to provide requested services, verify identity, maintain tenant isolation, process secure uploads, generate requested deliverables, communicate with you, prevent abuse, investigate security events, improve reliability and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent, or compliance with law.
AI and uploaded content
Uploaded workbooks and report content are processed only for the requested ARPTIR workflow. They are not used as a general model-training corpus without a separate, explicit agreement. Automated outputs may require human review and should not be treated as legal, tax, audit or investment advice.
Service providers and transfers
We use vetted infrastructure, authentication, hosting and communications providers to operate the service. Providers process information under contractual and security controls. Where information is transferred across borders, we use applicable safeguards and limit access to what is necessary.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, security, contractual and legal purposes that apply. Retention periods vary by record type and workspace settings. We use access controls, private storage, signed access links, audit records and other technical and organisational measures; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Contact: info@arptir.ai.
