Effective 20 August 2026

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to ARPTIR websites, trials, private workspaces, reviews, reports and related services. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act for yourself or the organisation you represent and agree to these terms.

Service and accounts

Access may be limited to approved users, companies, pilots or engagement scopes. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting sign-in links and devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. You must not share private workspace access outside the authorised organisation.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, evade access controls, probe or disrupt security, upload malware or unlawful material, interfere with other tenants, scrape protected content, or use outputs to harm or unlawfully discriminate against a person. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

Your content

You retain rights in information and files you submit. You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to provide them. You grant ARPTIR and its controlled providers the limited rights necessary to host, secure, process and return that content for the requested service. Do not upload material outside the agreed scope or content you are not authorised to disclose.

Reports and AI-assisted outputs

ARPTIR provides risk, controls and business intelligence to support professional judgment. Outputs can contain assumptions, limitations or errors and may require senior or specialist review. The service does not replace legal, tax, statutory audit, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice, and no certification or guaranteed outcome is implied.

Confidentiality and security

Private portal content is handled through controlled access and security measures. Each party remains responsible for its own systems, authorised users and confidential information. No online system is completely risk-free; users should follow the stated upload, access and download controls.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, limited or discontinued, and maintenance or security events may interrupt access. Trials and quotas can expire automatically. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

ARPTIR and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, methods, branding, templates and platform materials. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service and deliverables for the agreed internal business purpose.

Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for decisions made using the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded and liability for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable loss is limited. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory rights that apply to you.

Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the ARPTIR operator and the relevant engagement, while preserving mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Questions can be sent to info@arptir.ai.
